Over the course of the last twelve months, Pinnacle Quality Insight, a nationally recognized customer satisfaction firm, has interviewed the customers of Access Home Care of Pocatello, Idaho regarding their satisfaction levels. Customers were asked to evaluate several aspects of their received services.
